ACCESS Event Solutions is more than just a print shop, we’re family. We may produce high quality and durable VIP passes, custom passes, tour laminates, conference name badges, and sports credentials but we also have ping pong tournaments and Friday morning doughnuts. We are a team of nine passionate individuals, each bringing unique backgrounds to ACCESS.

ACCESS is made up of hard-working individuals who have a passion for live events and delivering extraordinary customer service. November is a month filled with gratitude and pumpkin pie. We are not only grateful for our ACCESS team but also to our extended family which include event coordinators, conference coordinators, tour managers, production managers, assistant athletic directors, and security directors just to name a few.

2020 has been quite the year and has made us realize that you can’t take things for granted. This pandemic flipped the event industry upside down but showed that humanity wasn’t lost as many have banned together to help one another. Whether it’s through fundraisers to help industry workers or live streams to keep everyone’s spirits up, this year has shown us that no matter what we are hit with, we are resilient.

Although the live event industry is still fighting to not go dark, the industry hasn’t cracked under the pressure. We have seen that event professionals are resilient and adapters. We saw the creation of drive thru concerts, fan cutouts at sporting events, and the rise of virtual events and drive-in movies. We are thankful to have the opportunity to partner and work with the #WeMakeEvents, Gritty Girl Rock, Event Safety Alliance, and Entertainment Industry Response.
