The conference badge is an attendee’s first and last impression of your conference. Here’s how we’ll help you make certain the impression is a good one.

PERSONALIZED CONFERENCE BADGES, PRE-EVENT AND ON-SITE

In the conference industry, we know there is an initial rush of registrations. We print variable data in batches to make certain you receive your badges in time for your event.

But what about those late registrations or walk-in’s who won’t get their pre-printed name badge?

That’s where your “blank” name badges come in handy.

Clients like Questex Media GroupSmart Meetings MagazineNorthstar Travel Media, and Travel Weekly all utilize the blank badges to easily accommodate additional conference goers.

Where pre-registrants pick up their badge at will-call, onsite registrants pick up a badge that maintains the full color design, look, and quality of your  badges, but have a blank field where the attendee information can be easily filled in onsite. With our onsite event badge printing, it’s never been easier to add an attendees photo and name onto their badge in real time.

ON-SITE PRINTING OPTIONS

There are a few options for method of filling in the blank space with the important attendee info (like name, company, position, etc.)

The most popular is perhaps the simplest – the Sharpie pen. Just write directly on the blank space of the “blank” event badges. It won’t rub off. Though rubbing alcohol will do the trick if you need it.

Other customers print directly to a clear label and stick it directly to the badge. Contact us directly to find out more about printers that work for this method.

Many prefer our cold lamination system – whereby we leave a portion of the lamination film unstuck, allowing you to write directly to the badge, peel the lamination film liner and then stick the lamination film directly on the badge, making a high-quality, custom badge, onsite. The video below shows how to use our cold lamination system.

SPONSORSHIP

Conference badges are an extremely valuable resource to any conference or trade show, not only to make their attendees feel special, but to make sponsors feel special as well.

At ACCESS, we’ve made a name for ourselves by consistently providing badges that accurately reflect attendee’s professional information while enhancing the branding of the event and sponsors brands. Many of our clients incorporate our badges into the list of sponsor assets they sell prior to the event.

After all, the custom event badge is the first and last impression of an event – it’s what attendees see first and what they’ll inevitably hang on to after the event. In fact, the back-of-badge sponsorship often sells for more than $10k.
